The tour includes an introduction in the lobby, then a film about early Jewish Washington and a look at the core gallery with several exhibiion spaces and interactive opportunities. GUYS AND DOLLS AT THE SHAKESPEARE THEATRE COMPANY WITH BENDER JCC’S COMING OF AGE

“Guys and Dolls” is considered one of the greatest Broadway shows. This Tony Award-winning, much-loved musical features the charming story of Nathan Detroit and Sky Masterson, who navigate love and gambling in New York City. Sing along to classic tunes at this must-see show with fellow community members. This event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m., leaving from either Bender JCC or Leisure World. THURSDAY, JANUARY 1

J-FIT: NEW YEAR’S DAY 2026 BOOTCAMP

Join Pozez JCC for a pair of workouts on New Year’s. The extreme session at 9:30 a.m. will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercise, high heart rates and as many reps as possible. The classic session at 10:30 a.m. will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. For ages 13 and older. Pozez JCC, 8900 Little River Turnpike, Fairfax. Join Kesher Israel Congregation for a fun-filled Shabbat of learning with scholar-in-residence Rabbi Francis Nataf, a veteran Tanakh instructor, author and editor, who will discuss “Rav Kook, Nietzsche and Jewish intellectual pluralism.” Enjoy a communal Shabbat dinner of Chinese food catered from David Chu’s.
