J-FIT: LABOR BOOT CAMPS
Join the Pozez JCC for a pair of Labor Day workouts. The 9:30 a.m. session will be a boot camp-style workout targeting intense exercises, high heart rates and as many reps as possible. The classic session at 10:30 a.m. will be a traditional circuit workout with moderate, scaled exercises. Participants must be at least 13 years of age and able to handle high aerobic work.
