On Sept. 13, Betsy Anne Blackmon Morgenstern of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away. Beloved wife of Gary Morgenstern. Devoted mother of Rebecca Anne Morgenstern. Dear sister of Pamela (the late Michael Johnston), Paula (Thomas Scheller), John Jr. and Jennifer Blackmon. Daughter of Frances Leahey Blackmon and the late John Napier Blackmon.
