David Jacob Kline passed away peacefully on Sept. 1, in hospice care at Casey House, Rockville, MD. He was predeceased by his beloved parents, Samuel and Betty (nee Rudin) Kline and his dear sister Barbara Edithe Goodof. He is survived by his nephew, Robert Goodof (Cindy), niece Lori (nee Goodof) Calderone, great-nephews Jean-Paul and Anthony Calderone, his devoted companion and caregiver, Lemeneh Kibret and a host of longtime friends.
David was a man of great compassion and generosity to his family, his friends and his community. He will be missed. The family expresses gratitude for the care David received at Casey House and Brookdale Potomac Assisted Living Facility. Donations in David’s honor may be made to the Jewish National Fund or a charity of your choice.
