David Neil Sussman, of Potomac, unexpectedly died after a long illness on June 19. He was 72. David is survived by his loving wife, Janet, of Potomac and loving sister, Eileen (Jeff Waxman), of Bethany Beach, Del. He was the beloved son of the late Herman and Audrey Sussman, of Washington. David spent his entire life in and around the Washington area and became well known as the leader of his band, The Fabulous Fantoms.
