Donald Dworkin, 83, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Feb. 20, at Friends House in Sandy Brook, MD. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Don was a longtime commercial realtor, an avid golfer and a devoted Washington Commanders fan. He was a passionate supporter of Montgomery College, helping raise over $1 million for scholarships. Known for his generosity and kind spirit, he always looked for ways to help others. He is survived by his wife, Judith, and son, Doug, and was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Morris Dworkin, and siblings, Robert Dworkin and Rhoda Piatok Sage. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montgomery College Foundation Scholarship Fund. Services entrusted to Sagel Bloomfield Funeral Care.
