Seth and Edie Boyar of Silver Spring announce the birth of their son, Grant Riley. Grant, who was born Nov. 18, weighed 9 pounds 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Sharing in the family joy is Grant’s big brother Miles Abraham and his grandparents, Gail and Jay Boyar of Silver Spring, and his grandmother, Susan Richard, of Olney. Grant Riley (Liev Saul) was named in honor of his uncles Raymond Grant Richards and Paul Riley Richards, and in memory of his grandfather Paul Richards and his great-grandfather Lewis Tucker. Grant’s bris was held Nov. 25 and was officiated by Dr. Louis Marmon.
