On Jan. 18, Henry Hutter of Washington, D.C., passed away peacefully. Henry was born to his loving parents, the late Frieda and Hyman Hutter. He was also predeceased by his sister Arlene (Marvin) Cohen. He is survived by his nephew Michael Cohen. Henry grew up in New York but later found his home in D.C. He dedicated his career to public service, working for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
