On Jan. 21, Jay H. Feinstein, D.D.S., of Rockville, Maryland, passed away after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce Schlaffer Feinstein, children, Craig (Aliza) and Marc (Jennifer) Feinstein, grandchildren, Justin, Alex, Ruth, Andrew, Jonathan and Jordan and his brother, Henry (Maxine) Feinstein.
