Jeffrey F. Axelrad of Potomac, Md., passed away on Oct. 27. Beloved father of Michelle (Adam) Shapourian and Douglas Axelrad, dear brother of Michael Axelrad and loving grandfather of Alexander and Andrew Shapourian. Memorial contributions may be made to a Jewish charity of choice.
