Jordan S. Himelfarb, who would have turned 100 years old on March 31, passed away peacefully on Feb. 28, at home with the love of his life, his wife of 75 years, Marian. A native Washingtonian, Jordan practiced law in private practice and for DC’s WMATA. He was a proud sailor on the USS PC490 as a signalman during WWII, and enjoyed traveling/cruising, playing golf and spending time with his family, particularly at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

He is survived by his wife, Marian, children, Stephen (Anne), Daniel (Harriet Kerwin) and Nancy/Chana Gimble (Glenn), seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude or a charity of your choice. Services entrusted to Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky Goldberg Funeral Care.
