Andrea and Steve Lightman of Gaithersburg have announced the birth of their son, Joshua Seth Lightman on Jan. 16. Joining in the simcha were grandparents Robin and David Lightman of Rockville and Marsha and Paul Cohen of North Potomac and great-grandmothers Eunice Dubin and Arlene Mager. Josh is named in memory of his great-grandfather Jerry Mager and his great-grandmother Sylvia Lightman. He was given his Hebrew name, Yosef Mendel, in memory of his great-grandfathers Joseph Lightman and Melvin Dubin at his brit officiated by Rabbi Michael Henesch.
