Lillyan Oser Schnaper, of Washington, died on Oct. 25.
A long-time resident of Washington, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Morton J. Schnaper. She is survived by her children, Ginger (Henry Godfrey), Michelle Okun (Dan Sobel) and Ann (Larry Goldfarb), as well as by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
