Pitmasters, foodies and kosher barbecue enthusiasts came together for the second annual Capital Camps Kosher BBQ Competition in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, Aug. 30. The grand champions were pitmasters Jack and David Hartzman of Edible WOW, with assistance from Monica Vidal-Hartzman and Maya Rallapall.
