On April 17, Rae Silbert of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Leo Silbert; Devoted mother of Marcy Silbert, Rena Silbert, and the late Philip Silbert; Loving sister of Arthur Miller, Sarah Berlin and Louise Mosner, who all predeceased her. Cherished grandmother of Liza (John) Kudel; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Family holidays and special occasions hosted at her home over the years have created beautiful memories that will be cherished by many.
