On Sept. 23, Richard Goldstein of Rockville, Maryland, passed away.

Richard was the beloved husband to Debbie Koss; devoted father to Laura (Eric) and Joshua (Amanda) Goldstein; cherished grandfather to Winnie Rose; loving brother of Andrew Goldstein (Hilary Sigmon); also survived by his niece Monya (David) Cohen.
