On April 27, Robert Bernard Shamaskin, of Arlington, died at age 98. Beloved husband of Iris Marilyn Shamaskin; cherished father of Joel Shamaskin (Ann), Ronald Shamaskin (Elaine), Sandra Friedman (Richard), Elyse Bernstein (Jeff) and Donna Swartz (Gregg Maisel); grandfather of 11; and great-grandfather of eight.
