On July 28, Robin Miller of Rockville, Maryland, passed away. Beloved wife of Jerry Miller; devoted mother to David Miller (Amanda) and Steven Miller (Emmy); loving sister to Helene Segal-Turner (Ellis), Debbie Olchyk (Sam) and Scott Segal.
