Rochelle (Shelly) Elaine Narrow (age 89) passed away on Sept. 28. She was born on June 9, 1937, in Brooklyn, New York, to William and Molly Waxler. Shelly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was married for 60 years to Bernard Narrow, who passed away in 2021, and had two sons, Keith and Alan. She is survived by her son, Alan and his wife, Stacy, her grandchildren, Alex and Rachel, and her daughter-in-law, Beth and grandson, Zach. Shelly’s career spanned 40-plus years working as a beloved teacher and reading specialist in Montgomery County at Dufief Elementary School and others. Shelly was an avid traveler, having explored many countries throughout Europe, Asia and South America. She enjoyed playing tennis, taking trips with her family and doting on her grandchildren.
