On Nov. 20, Rosellin Blatt of Rockville. Beloved wife of the late Sidney Blatt; loving mother of Linda (Jacob) Elbaz; sister-in-law of Jean Kortlang; devoted grandmother of Jonathan Elbaz. Rose was a friend to many. Funeral services were held Nov. 23 at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Magen David Sephardic Congregation, Rockville.
