On Aug. 21, Sandra Miriam Norwitz of Rockville, Maryland, peacefully passed away. She was born on June 13, 1968, to Martin and Joan Norwitz.
Sandy earned undergraduate and MBA degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. Sandy was always a devoted friend to all and a dedicated employee to Glashofer Financial Advisors for 17 years. She also served 20 years on the board of her HOA in various rolls. Sandy loved traveling with Jose to Myrtle Beach and Atlantic City, where she enjoyed playing poker and slots. She was the happiest when with family and cherished friends, who will miss her generosity greatly.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jose Gonzalez, and her siblings Robert (Lisa) Norwitz, Laurie Baturin and Marc (Tammy) Norwitz. She is also survived by her loving stepchildren Elias and Gabriela, her niece Danielle and nephews Brian, Tyler, Alex and Hunter.
