SEEN: Good Deeds Day

0

Thousands turned out this year for Good Deeds Day, a volunteer event run by the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Volunteers from 72 organizations signed up to lend a hand on nearly 100 different service projects. Good Deeds Day is now a permanent annual event, thanks to a $500,000 gift from Dr. Stuart and Ellen Lessans of Rockville.
