Shirley Betty Cowan (nee Frankle), passed away on Feb. 2, at the age of 99. She is survived by her loving children, Nelson Cowan (Jean Ispa), Mitchell Cowan, Elliott (Karina) Cowan and Barbara Cowan; devoted sister-in-law, Reva Frankle; by her many adoring grandchildren and by a dear great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Arthur Cowan; beloved brothers, Jerome Frankle and Lawrence (Judith) Frankle and dear parents, Leon and Esther Frankle.
