Members of Temple Rodef Shalom and the wider community gathered for the first session of TRS’ Summer Limmud Series: America at 250 July 8. Attendees heard from Jewish history professor Lauren Strauss and Rabbi Jeffrey Saxe, who discussed the role of Jews as citizens in America and the DMV.
