The Adas Israel community transformed the building into a hub of compassion, creativity and action for its Summer Day of Service Aug. 16. Volunteers chose from a range of community service opportunities including honeycake baking, backpack stuffing, cooking nutritious meals for Friendship Place and making dog toys for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.
