On Jan. 19, Arthur Levy of Silver Spring and formerly of New York. Beloved husband of Margarete Diener Levy; devoted father of the late Jonathan Noah Levy; dear brother of Ruth Levy Fleming (Robert) and Martin Stuart Levy (Irene). Also survived by his brother-in-law, Dr. Jerry Diener (Nancy); nieces, nephews and numerous loving friends. Levy was a U.S. Air Force Captain and worked for 42 years for the U.S. government before retiring as an electrical engineer. He worked on the Moon Cam that went on the Apollo 13 Mission, the Bird Strike Program and the Weather Radar Program Nexrad. Funeral services were held Jan. 21 at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home. Interment was in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
