Bessie Schwartz

On July 28, Bessie Schwartz (nee Statner) of Rockville, formerly of Brooklyn, N.Y. Beloved wife of the late Abraham (Al) Schwartz; devoted mother of Sydelle (Fred) Schneider and Mel Schwartz; loving grandmother of Staci and Tara Schwartz, Robin (Evan) Hammerman and Beth (Brian) Dubin and adoring great-grandmother of Jordan Whittemore, Asher and Andi Dubin and Max and Sophie Hammerman. Survived by her sister Esther Gottlieb. Also survived by her cherished extended family. Funeral services were held Aug. 1 at Judean Memorial Gardens Chapel in Olney.
