Betty Melman Kedan, of Rockville, died on Feb. 17. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Kedan; mother of Gregg Kedan (deceased), Lynn Loss (Ira) of Bradenton, Fla., and Janet Katz (Rick) of Potomac. Loving sister of Harold Melman (deceased), Frances Schooler (deceased) and Ruth Cantor (deceased). Grandmother of Heather Ansley, Daniel Kedan, Samantha Loss (Brian Glossman), Zachary Loss (Jenna Shulman) and Frankie Katz. Also survived by two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
