Carmiya and Michael Weinraub of Aspen Hill announce the birth of their son Joshua Robert (Yehoshua Avraham) on Jan. 3. He was born at home with Riverside Midwifery LLC and weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. He is named in memory of his paternal great-uncle Robert Karlstein. Also welcoming Joshua Robert are his siblings Lily, Isaac, Tobias and Nomi, and grandparents Ruth Kramer of Rockville; David and Rimma Kasse of Bradenton, Fla.; and Fred Silverman and Susan King of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
