Charlotte Mayer Kopp of Silver Spring died Feb. 27 at the age of 96. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert Kopp; devoted mother of Henry (Ellen), Michael (Deborah) and Jonathan (Charlotte Rest) Kopp; loving sister of the late Theodore Mayer (Laura). She is also survived by four grandchildren, Lauren (Jason) Rubin, Jessica Kopp, Adam Kopp and Deborah Kopp, and great-grandchildren Natalie and Nathan Rubin. Memorial contributions may be made to Hadassah or the Nebraska Jewish Historical Society.
