Claire Windsor, of Silver Spring, passed away on March 8. Claire was a lover of opera, an accomplished writer and an avid walker. She is survived by her children, Mimi Radbill and Elliot (Ann) Windsor; her grandchildren, Abygail (Chris) Owen, Zachary and Joel Hoffman and Daniel Windsor; her great-grandchildren, Adeline, Oliver and Charlotte Owen; and her pets, Dolli and Tobi.
