Ariana Kelly, a Montgomery County delegate, has been charged with indecent exposure and trespassing on private property, following a June 27 incident.
The 38-year-old Democrat from Bethesda began serving in the House of Delegates in January 2011. The mother of two attends Bethesda Jewish Congregation.
Her trial is scheduled for Aug. 14.
She is being represented by Luiz Simmons, a former delegate from Montgomery County.
