On Jan. 2, Edna Yaffe, 97, died peacefully in her sleep. Beloved wife of the late Morris Yaffe. Adored by her family, mother of Leslie (Louis Solomon) Marks, Samuel (Mickie) Yaffe and Bruce (Debbi) Yaffe; grandmother of Roger Marks, Stephen (Janna) Marks and Nikki (Rachel Hutt) Marks; great-grandmother of Eli and Noah Marks. Funeral services were held Jan. 5 at Temple Beth Ami in Rockville. Interment King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington or JSSA Hospice.
