Emmanuel “Manny” Hersh, of Rockville, passed away on Nov. 24. Beloved husband of Mona Hersch; devoted and loving father of Jeffrey (Lora) Hersh and Cheryl (Jeff) Simmons; cherished grandfather of Zachary, Morgan, Casey and Brandon Hersh and Jacob, Charlie and Raegan Simmons.
