Ephraim Levin, of Potomac, passed away on Nov. 20. He was 87. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Levin; his children, Joshua (Joy), Rebecca (Jonathan), David (Gemma) and Michael; his grandchildren, Austin, Shayna, Stephanie, Talia, Noah, Esther, Adam and Sofia; and his brother, Simon (Carole).
