The Washington Business Journal has named Esther Newman, CEO and founder of Leadership Montgomery, as one of its 25 Women Who Mean Business. Newman and the other recipients were chosen from a group of more than 200 nominees who were for considered for the annual accolades. Leadership Montgomery, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, merges current and up-and-coming leaders to improve working and living conditions in Montgomery County.
Newman lives in Rockville with her husband Stuart and has two children and six grandchildren.
