Eugene Blacher, of Gaithersburg, died on July 8. He was predeceased by his wife, Edith Farfel Blacher. He is survived by his children, Eileen (Robert) Stein and Karen (Geoffrey) Bernstein; and grandchildren, Erica and Samuel Stein, and Josh and Zachary Bernstein.
