On Nov. 25, Fay Lipsic, at her residence in Silver Spring. Beloved wife of the late Louis Lipsic; devoted mother of Renee Loeb and Gary (Helene) Lipsic; loving sister of Rita Smilovitz and David Mermelstein; and sister-in-law to Regina Mauskopf. Also survived by cherished grandchildren, Stephanie (David) Sicard, Dana Lipsic, Alex (Yvonne) Loeb, David (Dana Loren) Lipsic and adored great-grandchildren, Liam Loeb, Max Sicard, and Bodhi Loeb; with special gratitude to Lil and Fay Palmer. Funeral services were held Nov. 28 at Beth Sholom Congregation in Potomac. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holocaust Memorial Museum, Washington, D.C., and Jewish Social Service Agency of Rockville.
