Florence Herman Kossow, of Rockville, died from COVID-19 on Dec. 16. She was 98. A Washington native, Florence was an interior designer, social worker and an avid collector. Beloved wife of the late Herman J. Kossow. She is survived by her children, Richard (Heather) and Kathryn (Don); her grandchildren, Lauren (Brian) and Keren; and her great-grandchildren, Olive, Alexander and Henry.
