On Monday, Oct. 21, Frank Arshawsky of Silver Spring. Beloved husband of Betty Arshawsky; loving father of Fredyne and Brian Arshawsky; dear brother of Pearl Isaac. Graveside funeral service was held Wednesday, Oct. 23, at Judean Memorial Gardens in Olney. Memorial contributions may be made to B’nai Israel Congregation or to the National Stroke Association.
