On Feb. 15, Frank R. Dye, 80, of Potomac. He leaves his beloved wife of more than 30 years, Ahuva Dye; sister Phyliss Watson of Arlington, Mass.; stepsons Michael (Carol) Goldberg of Houston, Texas and Steven (Robyn) Goldberg of San Diego, Calif.; their children, Melissa, Matthew, Jonathan, Lexi and Danny and his nephews James Watson and Eric Watson. Dye was a veteran of the United States Navy and a partner in Dye and Eskin, Inc., a McLean insurance agency. He was a member of the board of governors of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. Contributions in memory of Dye may be made to American Associates, Ben-Gurion University.
