Gabriel Levy, of Silver Spring, died on Aug. 2. He was 88. Survived by his beloved wife, Ethel Teresa Levy. Born in Bulgaria, he graduated from the Technion in Israel with a degree in architecture. His professional career was in Israel, Switzerland and the United States. Donations may be made to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
