Marilyn and George Kessler of Leisure World are happy to announce the engagement of their grandson, Rafael Green, to Hadas Suissa of Kiryat Ata in Israel. The wedding will take place on Feb. 27, 2014, in Jerusalem. “Rafi” and his family live in Beersheva where the Kesslers will be staying during their visit.
