Hannah Marill, daughter of Anne and Anthony Marill, celebrated her bat mitzvah on May 18 at Beth Sholom Congregation and Talmud Torah in Potomac. Family members joining in the simcha were her sister, Erin, and grandparents Philip and Toby Berman of Potomac and Marian Marill of Cambridge, Mass.
Hannah is a sixth-grader at Herbert Hoover Middle School. Hannah enjoys anything related to song and dance. She is a proud member of the Teen Angel Project, a community service organization whose mission is to donate joy to the community through song and dance, wherever music can brighten a life. Hannah looks forward to brightening the lives of those in need for many years to come.
