Joyce Stromberg, of Silver Spring, passed away on Feb. 28. Joyce was an accomplished artist, gardener and photographer. She was awarded the most attractive and best flower and vegetable garden in Leisure World. Joyce also enjoyed and devoted her time as a Girl Scout leader and was active in the PTA when her children were younger. Joyce is survived by her husband of 73 years, Robert Stromberg; her children, Earl (Cathy), Steven (Diane) and Mark (Barbara) Stromberg and Eileen (Lloyd) Lenson; her grandchildren, Ezra, Rani, Michael, Jacqueline, Elizabeth and Joshua Stromberg and Rachel Lenson.
