Beloved wife of the late Melvin Richter; devoted mother of Amy Richter, Ruthann Richter Hammer and the late Sara Richter; beloved sister of Frances Gordon, Shirley Sterman and the late Ethal Goldberg; cherished grandmother of Shaina Hammer. Funeral services were to be held at Congregation Beth El in Bethesda, interment at King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church.
