Leon S. Merrick, of Silver Spring, died on Nov. 15. A Holocaust survivor, Leon was the beloved husband of the late Nina S. Merrick; devoted father of Marsha (Robert) Aaron; and cherished grandfather of Joshua and Melissa Aaron. Preceded in death by his daughter Mira Merrick.
