Let my children go!

0

As I read through the lighthearted Passover article “First-world Passover problems” (washingtonjewishweek.com) authored by Max Moline and Ian Zelaya, I know I should have been smiling.

But I couldn’t. You see, my people, specifically, my children are not free this year.
My husband Brian and I are waiting to bring home our two legally adopted children from Democratic Republic of the Congo. The immigration and emigration department in DRC is not issuing exit letters to adopted children to leave DRC.

I need your help for our kids and the other hundreds of other adopted kids stuck in DRC. Please go to the website for Both Ends Burning. In the current initiative section you will find a petition that will generate letters to your legislators to make them aware of our need. Please sign in and share it. Our kids languish without a family.

Our kids need a family. Pesach is about freedom. Help our kids be free.
