Rabbi Twerski’s good works
Regarding “Abraham Twerski, Chasidic rabbi and psychiatrist who specialized in substance abuse, is dead at 90” (Obituaries, Feb. 4): So sad to hear this, and especially that COVID took him from us on earth. No question that God said, “Well done, my good and faithful servant” when Rabbi Dr. Twerski left physically. The personification of a life well lived! I have all his books, including one for which I typed the manuscript for him. I would not be here still had he not taken me under his wings and in his care in 1983.
