On July 27, Lillian R. Kramer, 93, of Washington, D.C. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Kramer; devoted mother of Joan and the late Dick Friedman of McLean, Richard Kramer of Greenwich, Conn., and Susan Beram of Gaithersburg; loving sister of the late David Rubin. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren Andrew Friedman, Adam Kramer, Sasha Beram-Chappie, Jonah Beram, Jordan Kramer, Sabrina Beram, Ariana Beram, Alana Kramer and her four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her companion Sandra Dimitrov. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Danzansky-Goldberg Memorial Chapels in Rockville. Memorial contributions may be made to Sibley Memorial Hospital or the charity of your choice.
